I call her the green beastie because it seems that I have to give everything a nickname...even my kids. H is bug and L is bear or munchkin or grumps or or or...but I digress. Greg and I made the plunge and bought a brand spanking new Santa Cruz Heckler. I got to pick the colour since it will eventually be mine alone but for now we are sharing it. He rides with his friend and I ride with mine. Our kids are not yet old enough to do the mountain trails so we don't have the choice of going as a family, although I am sure one day it will be quite different and the kids will be leaving us behind in the dust.
