Another late night another classroom treat

Oh yes I was up late making yummy swirly reddish cupcakes along with a pan of chocolaty heart stopping fudge for the kids and their classmates for Valentines Day.  I of course had planned to make these goodies oh around 3pm or so but instead got sidetracked and ended up starting my fun after I put the kids to bed...here is the final result of my labour of love...well my love for my kids might sum it up better...

Okay I also have to be honest and say that as soon as Greg got home from hockey he helped me out with the pink icing...I am lucky to have a guy who is handy in the kitchen :)
